The photoluminescence, dielectric relaxation, ferroelectric hysteresis, and field-induced strain properties of Pr3+-doped 0.24Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-0.42Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.34PbTiO3 (PIN-PMN-PT:Pr3+) multifunctional ceramics have been investigated. It was found that Pr3+ doping enhanced the dielectric diffuseness and relaxation behavior of PIN-PMN-PT ceramics. Slim P-E loops and S-E curves appear in PIN-PMN-PT:Pr3+ ceramics when the Pr3+ doping concentration reaches 1.4 mol%. Local domain configurations associated with phase transitions were investigated by piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM). Large electrostrictive coefficient Q33 (?0.03 m4/C2) and high energy-storage efficiency η (92%) were obtained in 2 mol% Pr3+-doped PIN-PMN-PT ceramic in the ergodic relaxor (ER) phase at room temperature. The giant electrostrictive effect and excellent energy-storage performance are related to the field-induced dynamic behavior of polar nanoregions (PNRs). The results show that the PIN-PMN-PT:Pr3+ system is an excellent multifunctional material for making electromechanical and energy storage devices. 相似文献

To meet the demand of producing hydrogen at low cost, a molybdenum (Mo)-doped cobalt oxide (Co3O4) supported on nitrogen (N)-doped carbon (x%Mo–Co3O4/NC, where x% represents Mo/Co molar ratio) is developed as an efficient bifunctional electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER). This defect engineering strategy is realized by a facile urea oxidation method in nitrogen atmosphere. Through X-ray diffraction (XRD) refinement and other detailed characterizations, molybdenum ion (Mo4+) is found to be doped into Co3O4 by substituting cobalt ion (Co2+) at tetrahedron site, while N is doped into carbon matrix simultaneously. 4%Mo–Co3O4/NC is the optimized sample to show the lowest overpotentials of 91 and 276 mV to deliver 10 mA cm?2 for HER and OER in 1 M potassium hydroxide solution (KOH), respectively. The overall water splitting cell 4%Mo–Co3O4/NC||4%Mo–Co3O4/NC displays a voltage of 1.62 V to deliver 10 mA cm?2 in 1 M KOH. The Mo4+ dopant modulates the electronic structure of active cobalt ion (Co3+) and boosts the water dissociation process during HER, while the increased amount of lattice oxygen and formation of pyridinic nitrogen due to Mo doping benefits the OER activity. Besides, the smaller grain size owing to Mo doping leads to higher electrochemically active surface area (ECSA) on 4%Mo–Co3O4/NC, resulting in its superior bifunctional catalytic activity. 相似文献

Using sunlight to catalyze water to produce H2 is a key technology to solve the problem of energy shortage. In this research, perovskite-type NiMnO3 and Ni3S4 was recombined through secondary hydrothermal treatment. The optimal hydrogen evolution for composite materials NiMnO3/Ni3S4is 3.76 μmol mg?1 h?1, that 3.7 and 4 times more than that of two monomer materials, respectively. After four cycles of catalytic experiments, proving the high efficiency and stability of the composite catalyst. The characteristics of fluorescence spectroscopy and electrochemistry have confirmed the existence of p-n heterostructures, the excellent catalytic performance is related to the built-in electric field (accelerating the separation and utilization of photocharges) generated by the combination of NiMnO3 and Ni3S4. Strengthening the performance of the catalyst by constructing a heterostructure is an effective modification strategy and has positive application value in the fields of sensors and optoelectronics. 相似文献

Yogurt preserves and enhances nutritional value of milk. In this study, we have compared several strains to determine the physicochemical, sensory, rheological and aroma characteristics of different yogurts. We used Lactobacillus gasseri LGZ 1029 (LG), commercial probiotic L. rhamnosus (LGG) and traditional fermentation strains Streptococcus thermophilus and L. bulgaricus (SL). Results showed that the flavour and texture characteristics of mixed-strain yogurts were obviously better than in single-strain yogurts. Addition of LG increased pseudoplastic behaviour, as shown by Herschel–Bulkley model analysis of rheological behaviour. The LG + SL group also had both the highest viscosity consistency index and thickening ability. In addition, a total of 57 volatile compounds were detected in yogurts and the fermentation with the addition of LG was mainly affected by ketones. Our study suggested that a yogurt with new attributes can be produced by using LGZ 1029. 相似文献

In this study, transparent LaErZr2O7 ceramic with high excess La and Er contents (nominally La1.28Er1.28Zr2O7.84) was successfully prepared by vacuum sintering at 1850?°C for 6?h using nanosized powder. The XRD, SEM, EDX and TEM results reveal that the single pyrochlore phase in the powder sample transforms to the coexistence of La-rich pyrochlore phase and Er-rich defect fluorite phase after high temperature sintering. The high excess amounts of La and Er favor the formation of pyrochlore structure. Despite the coexistence of two phases, the sample with 1?mm thickness shows excellent in-line transmittance in the visible to mid-infrared region (as high as 81% at 1100?nm). The upconversion and infrared emission under 980?nm exciting were measured and discussed as well. 相似文献
